Advartex uses fully up to date equipment including three screen printing carousels. The picture below shows a 'twelve colour' machine in operation. This machine will apply up to twelve separate colours to fabrics, thus making up the full image and it can process large numbers of garments quickly.

This shows a similar machine applying the colour white to a garment.

Work is processed and refined initially in our art room, then plates are made up for the different colours. The inks are applied to the garments on the machines as above and the finished items are then folded and boxed for dispatch.
